On July 11, 2024, the "Second Session of the Second Member Congress of the Metallurgical Equipment Branch of China Special Steel Enterprise Association and the Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Exchange Conference" was held at Nanjing Iron and Steel. Xinlanhai, as a director unit of the China Special Steel Enterprise Association and the deputy secretary-general unit of the Metallurgical Equipment Branch of the China Special Steel Enterprise Association, was invited to attend and make an experience exchange speech on intelligent manufacturing.

During the speech session, Xinlanhai delivered a report titled "Guarding the Development Concept of a Strong Country and Building a Full Production Chain of High-temperature Alloys", focusing on sharing the experience and achievements in deeply cultivating key industries supported by the state, such as the "Two Machinery Special Project", in solving key technological bottlenecks and replacing imports with domestic products. During the conference, the second session of the second member meeting of the Metallurgical Equipment Branch of China Special Steel Enterprise Association was successfully concluded. A symposium for equipment managers of special steel enterprises was also organized for the participants, and they visited the Nanjing Iron and Steel Smart Center. The representatives conducted in-depth exchanges and connections. Everyone engaged in a discussion on topics such as the technological innovation experiences and achievements of steel enterprises and equipment enterprises, the joint storage and backup of key spare parts in steel enterprises, the localization and intelligence of equipment, and the application and practice of intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet in steel enterprises. The discussion was full of valuable information.

This event is hosted by the Metallurgical Equipment Branch of China Special Steel Enterprise Association, organized by Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., LTD., and co-organized by Qinghai Jinghe Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Service Co., LTD. More than 130 people attended the event, including directors and member representatives of the China Special Steel Enterprise Association and the Metallurgical Equipment Branch, as well as the heads and experts of various professional groups of the Equipment Branch, the heads of equipment and technological transformation departments of various special steel enterprises, representatives from research institutes and trade suppliers. The conference strengthened the interaction between the upstream and downstream of the special steel enterprises industry, creating a favorable growth environment for promoting energy conservation, carbon reduction, green development, and ultimate energy efficiency in the industry, as well as for its transformation towards green, low-carbon and high-quality development.
